- Alberta Opportunity Stream
Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) is for foreign workers who are working full-time in Alberta and have a full-time job offer from an Alberta employer in an eligible occupation.
Key Requirement of Alberta Opportunity Stream
- Candidate must have a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
- Candidate must meet the other requirements
- Candidate must be employed in an eligible occupation
- PGWP holders must meet the requirements of specific occupation, education, and work experience requirements.
- Alberta Express Entry Stream
Alberta Express Entry Stream allows Alberta to select the candidate who already have a valid Express Entry Profile. Alberta directly selects the candidate from the Pool.
Key Requirement of Alberta Express Entry Stream
- Candidate must be in the Express Entry Pool
- Candidate must be interested in immigration to Alberta
- Candidate must be working in a particular occupation
- Candidate must score around 300 CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System)
Must read: – Once the Candidate receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) from the Alberta government, then invited candidate to have a limited time to indicate the province that he/she is interested in being considered for selection under this stream.
- Alberta Self Employed Farmer Stream
The Self-Employed farmer stream is for those candidates who are interested in immigrating to Alberta. Alberta gives preference to those candidates who have skills in farming and have funds for investment in agricultural business.
Key Requirement of Alberta Express Entry Stream
- Experience in Farm Management
- Sufficient Funds of at least $500,000 for investment
- A business plan for the agriculture that the person is going to be established
- Alberta International Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream
The International Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream is for those who have completed a degree or diploma from certified Canadian institutions in Alberta.
Key Requirement of Alberta International Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream
- Candidate must have to complete at least two years of full-time education
- Candidate must have PGWP (Post Graduate Work Permit) from IRCC at the time of submitting the application.
- Candidate must have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 7 in the English Language.
